Most people who find us are on holiday, living on the island, or passing through on a longer trip around Thailand. Some have woken up with a fever or an upset stomach, some have come off a scooter or been bitten by a dog, and some simply need a medical certificate, a prescription refill or a blood test before they fly home. Whatever brings you in, the aim is the same: see a doctor quickly, get a clear explanation in English, and leave with a plan and the paperwork you need.
How it works
You can walk into any of our clinics at any hour. Most walk-in patients are seen within minutes, and most visits take under 30 minutes, including any medicine from our on-site pharmacy. If you would rather check first, send a WhatsApp message to +66 95 073 5550 with your symptoms and location, and we will tell you whether to come in, wait, or have a doctor visit you. We confirm the price on WhatsApp before your visit, so there are no surprises.
When you are too unwell to travel, our doctor hotel and villa visit service brings the consultation to you, day or night. For advice at any hour, the doctor on call service can help you decide what to do next, and telemedicine consultations suit follow-ups and simple problems.

Common reasons visitors see us
Phuket’s heat, sea and roads shape what we see every day. Stomach trouble is near the top of the list, from food poisoning after a seafood dinner to traveller’s diarrhoea that drags on for days. Scooter falls bring people in for wound care and motorbike accident care, and later for stitches removal. Dogs, cats and monkeys mean animal bite treatment and the rabies vaccine are a daily part of our work, because rabies is present in Thailand.
Fevers need care in a country where dengue circulates, so we pair fever assessment with a dengue test when the timing and symptoms fit. Swimmers and divers see us for ear infections and jellyfish stings, and long days in the sun lead to sunburn treatment. We also offer confidential STD testing, PEP and PrEP, along with vaccinations and travel medicine for the next leg of your trip.

Insurance and payment
We work with most travel insurers on direct billing. Bring your passport and policy details, and we will check your cover while you are being seen. If you pay yourself, you leave with receipts, a medical report and an itemised invoice so you can claim later. Motorbike accidents deserve a special mention: many travel policies exclude them if the rider did not hold a valid motorcycle licence or was not wearing a helmet, so check your policy wording.
